What is the Energy Voucher?
The Energy Voucher is a government program that provides financial support in voucher form for purchasing cooling and heating energy such as electricity, city gas, district heating, kerosene, coal briquettes, and LPG.
Eligible Recipients
Households must meet all of the following conditions:
- Recipients of basic livelihood benefits under the National Basic Livelihood Security Act (living, medical, housing, or education support)
- Must include at least one of the following household members:
- Senior citizen
- Infant or toddler
- Person with disability
- Pregnant woman
- Person with a critical, rare, or incurable disease
- Single-parent family
- Child head of household (including foster children)
Benefit Amount
The benefit amount varies depending on the number of household members and support type.

- Usage Period: July 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025
How to Apply
- Application Period: June 9, 2025 – December 31, 2025
- Where to Apply: Community Service Center (Eup, Myeon, or Dong office) of your registered address
- Applications can be made by the applicant or a representative through in-person visit
