The National Happiness Card is a welfare-only card provided by the government that integrates 19 types of voucher services such as maternity & childbirth, childcare, diaper support, energy vouchers, and more. Please refer to the application guide below.
2. Benefits of the National Happiness Card
The major voucher services provided through the National Happiness Card are as follows:

3. How to Apply
Using the National Happiness Card involves two steps.
