Example: In 2025, for a household of 4, the 48% median income threshold is approximately 2,645,760 KRW. If your income is below this, you may apply.
Support Types and Details
Support is provided in cash under two categories:
- Rent Support: Based on actual monthly rent or converted deposit value
- Repair Support: For homeowners needing maintenance and repair assistance
Example: For a 4-person household living in a metropolitan city, up to 351,000 KRW per month may be provided as rent support.
