1. Why Is Gyeonggi Province Running This Program?
Children from multicultural families often grow up in complex environments and are prone to emotional challenges and uncertainty regarding academics or career paths. To support them, Gyeonggi Province has developed personalized programs that include counseling, academic support, and career consulting. These programs are offered under the names “Dachaeeum” and “Dabaeum” and are tailored based on age and specific needs.
2. Dachaeeum – Emotional and Career Support Program

For school-aged children from multicultural families (ages 7–18):
